Rurimon Hanabachi to set a strong early tempo joined by Mau Lino pushing on from an outside draw. MIKUNI SUNSHINE (11) was well fancied when resuming but found a couple better at this track, finishing 1.5 lengths adrift at the end of 1600m. Will appreciate the extra ground. Worth another chance. TOUTEIRAN (10) finished fifth two runs back at this track then improved last time out to score by half a length over 1600m at this track. Finds a tougher race but she has the ability to test this field. BORA BORA FLAVOR (16) doesn't win out of turn but ran a strong race last time out over 2000m at this track, finishing third and beaten 0.8 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. MEISHO KAJIBO (13) missed the frame last start over 2000m at this track. Better than recent efforts suggest.
