Inspiritu and Will The Thinker have the pace to take up the running at a solid tempo. HELIGAN (4) has warmed into his work late in all three runs this prep and now looks perfectly primed rising to 1400m fourth up. Draws the A1 for Martin and gets his chance to land much closer in the run. BEACHED AS BRO (11) has been strong through the line in his past two and will appreciate a genuine tempo, though Penza will need to be sharp from the wide draw. INSPIRITU (9) was only even on debut at Gundagai but is a likely improver and gets a key booking in Berry from a soft draw. Her stablemate FORTYTHREEBEANS (8) is in a similar boat, he’ll improve with the run under her belt and the switch to Nock is a positive. SUPER NIC (15) got too far back fresh but was sound late. Another from the Colvin yard who must be kept safe during his hometown carnival. SUGGESTED PLAY: Heligan each-way.
