Cracking tempo looks assured with many of these capable of pushing on early. STORM AVALANCHE (6) made an encouraging debut last time out, finishing 4.5 lengths from the winner in third over 1200m at Vaal. Should improve sharply and this looks a nice race. ROYAL TIARA (4) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 1000m at this track when third, beaten 1.5 lengths. Sure to take a lot from that hitout so a big run is anticipated. SABALENKA (5) fought on well for third last start over 1160m at this track, making it two minor placings in a row. Expected to run well again. ROYAL RANT (3) is a two-year-old filly at the races for the first time. From an elite family that includes black type success, being by Heavenly Blue from Bold Choice.
