ELEGANT FLEUR (8) doesn't win very often but ran a nice race last time out over 800m at this track, finishing third and beaten 1.75 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. MON SHUTTLE (11) scored a dominant win at Sonoda over 820m at her latest appearance on August 6. Yet to win first up but generally runs well with two minor placings from four tries. Now under the care of new trainer Masayoshi Mozaki. Sure to make her presence felt. SMILE AMAZONES (1) showed early speed from an outside draw last time and led for much of the way before fading to finish fourth, beaten 2 lengths, over 800m at this track. Among the main hopes.
