Anticipating a strong tempo with plenty of speed engaged. ITTERASSHAI (8) was impressive last time at Nakayama Dirt, scoring by 8 lengths over this trip. Appreciated the drop in grade that day and with the confidence high returns to a better race. Looks the goods. B B CLOSER (4) found the line in great style to score by 0.8 lengths last time out over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt at the second run of the campaign. Poses a threat and can make it back-to-back wins. SORTE AREIA (7) finished 4.5 lengths from the winner in fourth when resuming last time out in the G3 Unicorn Stakes at this track over 1900m. Has a strong record at this trip, scoring twice from four starts. Definite threat in this company. TAGANO ABANDONNE (5) returns from a spell of four-and-a-half months and did win first-up last time in work over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt. One of the genuine hopes in the race.
