Tricky, given the lack of early speed. GALLAHOP (6) is a former NSW galloper who led and just missed at first try in this area. Drops nicely in the weight and leading rider goes on. Better for it and looks ideally placed to get off the mark for the new team. OUR COUVER (4) has been racing in tougher grade including a midfield finish in the Alice Cup almost a month ago. Freshened since for the sharper trip and will go close. VENTING (1) and THE GIRL'S BOY (2) fought out the feature at Tennant Creek last time. Venting wound up strongly to reel in The Girl's Boy. Both big chances here. VALIMI (3) was ninth in the Alice Cup last time and can do much better this grade. SUGGESTED PLAY: Follow up on Gallahop.
