Strong tempo with Wishful Thinker, Brullen and Lil Orlov leading the charge. SKETCH (11) gets her chance third up from a spell. Two runs back have been solid, outsprinted over 1200m first up at Cranbourne then beaten under a length rising to this trip last start. Comes back a notch in grade, draws perfectly and really should be winning this if she's near her best. I WILL SHINE (2) is coming off a dominant display at Horsham, bolting in by over eight lengths. Beat very little there and the time was okay but can certainly measure up. DEEPSEEK (1) won his maiden narrowly at Mornington when getting the upper hand late. Up to 1400m should pose no issue, consider again. TOY QUEEN (13) struggled in much tougher company last time at Mornington, the fresh run behind Jett Smash reads very well for this and she maps for a soft run.
