Yorokobi has the pace to lead in what is likely to be a moderate tempo. SCRUB CHAIN (1) did well last time to finish fourth over 1300m at Rockhampton after he gave away a big start. Won't be bothered by this longer journey and rates the testing material. TURN ME ROYALE (5) was a winner last time over 1560m at this track and reunites with Tahlia Fenlon who steered on that occasion. Drops significantly in the weights so he is right in contention. MOKTAFFY (3) did a good job last start to finish third over 1400m at Thangool, beaten 3.5 lengths. Taking on a better line-up this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. JOURNALISM (2) was an impressive winner last time over 1800m at Mt Garnet. Drifted back on that occasion then quickened impressively to score by 4.5 lengths. Commendable record at this trip with a win and seven minor placings and cannot be taken lightly. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Scrub Chain.
