Moderate pace with Outcry taking up the running ahead of I Want It All and Betty Boom. HEROIC TALENT (2) is racing well including a last start fourth over 1400m at Rockhampton. Rock-hard fit for this and rates a leading chance against this line-up. OUTCRY (7) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish 3 lengths away in third over 1200m at this track. Best figures measure up and is sure to run well. ROCK ANGEL (3) is a three-year-old gelding by Flying Artie out of Whispering Angel set to debut for the Clinton Taylor stable. Looks forward enough following a Rockhampton trial win. Should acquit himself well and respect any positive market moves. BETTY BOOM (4) was out of the money two runs back then again just missed the frame last start over 1100m at Gordonvale, beaten 8 lengths into fourth. Suitably placed so can turn things around. SUGGESTED PLAY: Heroic Talent to finally shed the maiden tag.
