My Uncle Did It should be able to comfortably find the front. Tricky. MY UNCLE DID IT (3) was well beaten at Warrnambool during the carnival but was hard in the market there on the very testing ground which probably didn't suit. Prior to that he'd chased home the subsequent VRC St Leger winner Silvasista at Donald in good time which reads nicely for this. On a quick turnaround from a tough run but is in the right yard to do so. MORTHAN EFFICIENT (5) doesn't win out of turn but is going well with back-to-back third placings, beaten under a length as a $3 chance here last time out. He draws low and won't need to improve much at all to be winning. MADAME LEXIS (12) put in a better effort when last seen at Pakenham to grab third, not much luck there either. She should be right there again. QUITE THE LASS (9) is going well for Reece Goodwin through the same race last time, she's an each-way hope as is TRIORA (15) off a freshen. SUGGESTED PLAY: My Uncle Did It to win.
