Plenty of first starters engaged which makes it tricky to map, but we can assume a genuine tempo. WYANDRA (8) is racing well and gets his ideal chance to break through. He's placed in his past three, battling on well for third at Pakenham last time in a high rating maiden behind an impressive winner. Comes back a notch here and maps for every hope, go close. PRIVATEER (11) has had a few chances but is racing consistently, not far away at Kyneton latest having just missed at Mornington prior. She'll roll forward and give a sight. ASTERN FIGHT (1) is a gelding by Astern on debut for the Dabernig yard who has jumped out well. Meech booked, keep an eye on the betting. UYUNI (13) just found one better first up here in a solid effort with improvement to come. She should be thereabouts. SWIFT ENDORSEMENT (4) is off a long spell but has ability, watch the market. SUGGESTED PLAY: Wyandra to win.
