Expecting Leila Belle to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sharp trip. BRUTAL BELLE (8) resumed and broke Maidens over 1100m at Goulburn, getting home by 4 lengths. She will position forward from an inside gate and remains down in the weights. Can take the next step. HONEY PERFUME (1) did a good job last start to finish third over 1100m at Scone, beaten 0.6 lengths. Fitter again and has the blinkers on for the first time. Has the rail and the class to take this out. OVERTOOK (2) resumes and has the ability if presented forward. Was tipped out after one run last preparation but showed good ability the one before. Has trialled well and has to be considered. LEILA BELLE (5) was too good for a maiden field when resuming over 1000m at Corowa, scoring by half a length. This is harder, but she is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. SHOREMAN (10) maps well and will be around the mark, forgiving the latest. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Brutal Belle.
