Boudvillain stays aboard and will give the gelding every chance from an inside gate. A bold run in on the cards in a winnable race. TROOPER (8) switched from a Melbourne yard and made noticeable improvement at his second outing for Natalie Jarvis, beaten less than 2L over 1175m at Albury. Draws low today, and he rates the best of the raced division. SLAY QUEEN (9) has the ability but has been off the scene for 497 days. Has switched yards and owns a recent trial win at the track. It's an ask, but she has to be kept safe. SMOLENSKI (13) resumes and possesses some ability. Has the tongue tie on for the first time, and scope for improvement. McDougall's engagement suggests he may be presented forward this time around. SUGGESTED PLAY: Masked Vision looks to have good ability.
