GORGEOUS LADY (2) ran a strong race last time out over 1400m at this track, finishing second and beaten a nose. Expect another big run. VANGUARDA (7) is yet to break through but has been thereabouts. Placed two back then was fourth over 1400m at this track last time. Shapes well and is among the main hopes. REGENT DE L'OR (5) proved too strong two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when ninth over 1400m here. Can bounce back.
