Expecting a solid pace with Celebrity Angel, Belaura Star and Eight Count leading the charge. FREE TO FLY (9) trialled impressively and was well backed fresh when nabbed on the line over 1000m fresh. She may need some luck from the barrier, but she has good early speed and CJP takes the ride. Can go one better with the first-up run under her belt. BELAURA STAR (3) ended last campaign in good order, despite losing by 1.3L at Bunbury as the race favourite. His latest trial was good and he's expected to be a more mature commodity this time in. Can make an immediate impact on his return. ARTIE'S ECLIPSE (6) has been solid in stronger company her past couple, beaten 3.3L after leading most recently. Back to Maiden grade here is a big tick and she will be hard to hold out with her early speed. CELEBRITY ANGEL (8) looked good in a recent trial coming into this and if she can return somewhere near her best, she'll be in the thick of the action. I'M A SOULMAN (2) wasn't far away last time out and can feature again third-up. SUGGESTED PLAY: Free To Fly looks the one to beat.
