KINGSFORD (7) was well in commission last time but ran somewhat below expectations, beaten 2.25 lengths over 2000m at Ballarat. Won a 62 by a space at Colac prior and is well placed to bounce back. BOTH SIDES NOW (6) resumed in a 66 over 1700m at this track last start and was much too good for her rivals. Fitter for that hitout and has the early speed to clear the awkward gate. Looms as a significant threat. VIZIE (10) has been racing in stronger. Two back, she was narrowly beaten at Cranbourne over this distance, and that would see her right in the finish. BUZZAROON (2) peaks and can improve stepping up to the middle distance. He will likely push forward and can feature with average luck. SUGGESTED PLAY: With Kingsford.
