Solid tempo with Sayono Hortulus to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. ALOHA FLUGEL (8) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second last start over 1200m at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. SAYONO HORTULUS (6) was in control from the outset to score as favourite on debut over 1200m at this track four months ago and has not raced since. Likely improver who should run well again. SAMANI DENKA (1) pushed forward and went on to record a determined win last start by 4 lengths over 1200m at this track. Drawn to enjoy a nice run just off the speed. In a suitable race and can find the winner's circle. LIBERTY (4) is back after a break of three months. At the last run before the layoff she finished tenth over 1200m at Nakayama Dirt. Rates highly on best form and a bright return wouldn't surprise.
