Drawn out a bit but he looks certain to measure up again. PHILIPPINE (3) is ready to win after another minor placing last start, finishing second over 1600m at this track when she was in the firing line all the way. Likely improver with strong prospects. ASSOS (12) wound up strongly only to just miss last start over 1200m at this track. Hard to beat in this suitable race. GOLD TALISMAN (6) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when seventh over 1600m at this track after being in contention on the corner. Best figures measure up nicely. Can do a lot better.
