Not much early pressure but Couldhavebeen, Razmas and Panthera Tiger can take up forward spots. Tough. KARSAVINA (10) resumed here over a mile in stronger and wasn't beaten far. She has more to give and a leading hoop goes aboard. She's likely to push forward and fitter should go close. PERCUSSION PRINCE (11) resumed in good order and didn't have the best of it here following. Steps up in trip and Pike staying aboard is a decent push for his chances. QUICK COOKIE (13) won three back and has threatened the two since. The mile is likely to suit and on a quick backup she's in the mix. ACES TO WIN (3) got closer at Pinjarra and keeps the 4kg claim. He has more to give and is also on a 7-day turnaround. Rates up to this and won his only third-up start. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Karsavina.
