Strong tempo assured from American Seed and Lovely View leading the charge. MOZU RICKEY (1) is a handy six-year-old entire who returned from a break last start and finished half a length away in second over 1500m at this track. Excellent winning chance. LOVELY VIEW (2) raced close to the lead before clearing out to score an effortless 2 lengths win over 1600m at Funabashi last time. Masashige Honda who has scored on him six times retains the mount. Leading contender. BATTLE PARILEYYA (7) finished sixth two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1500m at this track, beaten only one length. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. TONOPAH (4) pushed forward from a wide draw last time and sat just off the lead, eventually drawing away to score by a nose over 1400m at this track. Tsubasa Sasagawa who has scored on him four times retains the mount. Can play a role in the finish.
