Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Best figures should see him run well. BETELGEUSE (7) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1500m at Kawasaki, beaten 3.5 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Will enjoy a drop in class so she can bounce back. TYPEFACE (4) found the line nicely to grab third last time out over 1400m at this track. Key runner who can get home hard into the finish. TIMELESS BLOOM (8) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 7 lengths away in tenth over 1500m at this track. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
