Expecting Zouandme to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint trip. The Matthew Dunn-trained DERNIER LIEN (8) returns from a six-month spell. Has only raced once, a closing third over this course and distance when well-supported. Expect she has improved over the break which means she will be very hard to stop here. MONACO FLYER (6) improved sharply last start when lining up for the second time, racing on the speed and battling on well for second over 1200m at Grafton. Drawn to enjoy a nice run and should be in the finish again. ZOUANDME (7) has showed pace but failed to finish off in his three runs this time in work, all on wet tracks. Might improve if the track dries out so monitor the conditions. MASTER ARTIST (5) has not raced for ten months. Ran a couple of eye-catchers to close the last campaign. One to watch for in the dying stages. BARRON (1) has returned in good order third prep but is a thirty-one-start maiden so one for the exotics only. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Dernier Lien.
