Not much early pressure but Detonator, Quelle and Nande Festive can take up forward spots. QUELLE (3) is racing well. Scored here two back then finished third over 1300m at this track at the latest appearance two weeks ago. Takuya Okamura who has scored on him two times retains the mount. Could be hard to stop. COASTAL TERRACE (12) is yet to fill a placing in two runs since resuming from a spell, the latest when 14th over 1200m at Nakayama Dirt after he settled well back. Untried at this journey but strips fitter in easier and is among the main hopes. A SHIN OTTIMO (5) finished fourth last start over 1300m at this track. Nicely placed to take this out. DETONATOR (2) is back at the races for the first time since March 28. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1200m at Ohi. Now under the care of new trainer Yuji Uchikoshi. Has to be respected.
