WONDERFUL DONGCHON (11) was thereabouts last time out when second at this track over 1200m, beaten 0.8 lengths. Has been in solid form this campaign with a win and three minor placings from six starts. Has to be respected. SPARTAN (2) finished last campaign with a couple of minor placings, the latest over 1200m at this track nine weeks ago. Asano Kazuya stays aboard. Deserves respect.
