PLUM DANDY (13) finished second as favourite last time out over 1800m at Niigata Dirt, making it three minor placings from three starts this time in work. Has a wide gate but he should be involved in the finish. THUNDER ROAD (11) returns after a spell of 12 weeks. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt. Hasn't drawn the best but has the gate speed to go forward and he should run a bold race. GORDALE SCAR (6) finished last campaign with a couple of minor placings, the latest over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt ten weeks ago. Capable of testing this lineup. RAISE TWILIGHT (10) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt, beaten 10 lengths. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
