A few sit handy but there won't be a great deal of early pressure. TWEED RIVER (9) kept coming but just failed to pick up the winner as favourite last start over 1300m at this track. Has a good record at this course and distance, including a win and two minor placings. Nicely placed to go one better. KASHINO ASAP (4) could only manage sixth last start over 1300m at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths. Form here strong boasting three wins from four starts. Sure to run well. SUPER FLEUR (7) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 15 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when tenth over 1300m at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths. In the right race and there is no reason she cannot get the major prize. T M DAI STAR (1) has been out of the frame at her last couple of runs, last time finishing 21 lengths back in 15th over 1200m at Niigata Dirt. Worth another chance in this easier assignment.
