GOING: G(4)

DRINKWISE HINKLER HANDICAP - LISTED 1200m

Track: Good 4   Clouds (Max: 20)   Rail: +4m Entire. (Pent: 5.82)

Plenty of pace likely from Prince Of Boom, Manhood and I Am Artie battling for the lead from King Kapa. The $160,000 Listed Hinkler Handicap. The well-related NEED SOME LUCK (7) (half to 6xG1 winner Chautauqua) is yet to miss the top-two in eight attempts over this six-furlong journey and doesn't know how to put in a poor one. Has a great association with Tommy Berry and looks to be well-placed in this line-up. Can continue the rich vein of form. MANHOOD (6) loves this track and trip with three wins and four placings from just nine starts and will be high on confidence following that last-start Doomben victory. No reason why he cannot salute again. KING KAPA (1) is a four-time winner here on his home surface and is usually thereabouts. Top-three commodity on best form. COMPELLING TRUTH (4) grows a leg for rider Wheeler who has three wins from as many steers. Can bounce right back to form. I AM UNSTOPPABLE (3) strips fitter second-up from the spell and draws the inside alley. One for the multiples. SUGGESTED PLAY: Need Some Luck to return to the winners' stall.
