Plenty of pace likely from Nishino Stella, Yamanin Rivalry and Kikkake battling for the lead from Dragon's Back. NISHINO STELLA (1) met with solid support last start over 1400m at Mizusawa. Couldn't reward that support but capable of better and should be fancied again here. Ryo Kobayashi who has three wins when partnering stays on. Sure to run well. KIKKAKE (6) is a 24-start maiden finding it tough to win but has been in the placings at her last two runs, finishing third most recently over 1400m at Mizusawa. Yuichi Sakaguchi has registered eight minor placings when on board. Bold showing expected. DRAGON'S BACK (10) finished 6 lengths from the winner in fourth last start after being in the firing line on the bend over 1400m at Mizusawa, an improvement on his fifth at this track the run before. Ryo Takamatsu gets the best out of this seven-year-old entire. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. BEST FEATURE (9) improved last time out, finishing 4.5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1400m at Mizusawa. Another forward showing is anticipated.
