Venice Queen and Satono Triumph possess good early speed and will battle for early honours. THOROUGH SEVEN (10) is going well this preparation, including a last start win over 1000m at this track to bring up three wins from five runs in the campaign. Well-placed and looks hard to beat again. RIKO NICK (11) showed good speed last time out and fought on well when second over 1200m at this track. Should be prominent despite the wide draw and can be about the mark with recent racing under the belt. MIDNIGHT BERN (4) built on a nice second two starts back with a win as favourite over 1200m at this track a week-and-a-half ago, getting home by one length. Going well and can keep the ball rolling. SATONO TRIUMPH (8) is racing well and has registered four minor placings in a row, last time out finishing second over 1600m at this track. Drops in trip and is a major player.
