Expecting a strong pace headed by Water Legrand, Ashaka Taka and Prosperidad. PROSPERIDAD (7) is back at the races for the first time since April 6. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1200m at Nakayama. Comes here with definite claims. KITANO EXPRESS (3) has enjoyed a let-up of seven weeks since he won when resuming over 1200m at Kyoto, scoring by 1.3 lengths. Will be better for that latest run and he is a major player again. ASHAKA TAKA (1) comes here off a break of ten weeks. Scored over 1200m at Chukyo at the start of last prep. Worth plenty of thought. WIN MONARCH (9) was beaten 4.5 lengths into fifth at the second run back from a break over 1400m at Tokyo six weeks ago. Nicely placed to find some form.
