Strong early tempo with Hi Poppy and Yael's Delight leading the way over Hez Golden. HI POPPY (10) showed an improved effort last start when finishing fifth in a 1000m contest at Albury five days ago after being prominent at the corner. Finds a more suitable contest and can play a major role. YAEL'S DELIGHT (4) took advantage of the good draw and raced on the pace last start before tiring to finish fourth at Narrandera. Among the chances. HEAVENLY PROPHET (5) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing seventh at Goulburn over 1000m. Ideally placed and is right in the mix.
