Solid pace from Magic Seven and Lady Arthur fending off pressure from other on-pacers engaged. MAGIC SEVEN (3) is a promising type still in first campaign but off to a great start to career. Placed last time over 1900m at this track but prior to that put together four wins on end. Races well here and looks a definite danger again. MYR (4) ran below expectations last time at this track, finishing eighth starting at $6.70. Nicely placed to bounce back. LADY ARTHUR (12) scored two runs back then was popular with punters last time but could only manage to finish tenth over 1400m at this track. Can atone. AFAN (9) did little and finished sixth over 1400m at this track last start. Capable of sharp improvement.
