GOING: G

BTC Constructions Handicap 1600m

Track: GOOD   Clouds (Max: 30)   Rail: True.

The speedy trio Boom Boom Sweet, New Enterprise and A Big Chance can establish a strong tempo despite the small field. BOOM BOOM SWEET (1) just battled fresh-up over 1300 metres and he normally improves quickly with racing. The step up to a mile will suit him as will the drop in class. Hard to beat this time. TOO MUCH CLASS (3) made up some steady ground for fourth when resuming and she will be a lot sharper second up. She is straight up to a mile and can figure in the finish here. Each-way. A BIG CHANCE (6) is racing his way closer to another win. He has yet to win on this course but with a good draw and a nice drop in weight, he can set that record straight in this. FORTIS IN ARMIS (4) was a last-start winner at Gawler over 1700 metres and is part of the travelling Neil Dyer stable that has a lot of success on this circuit. Stick with him. SUGGESTED PLAY: Fortis In Arms each-way.
