The race pace here in this Maiden Hurdle looks decent enough though some mistakes will happen. SEMPER MAGICO (7) has his Hurdle debut today. Open Class galloper on the flat. In an astute yard so will be ready. Course proven on the flat. Can win this for sure. ATA RANGI (3) was a Hurdle trial winner earlier this month. Top two must here at first raceday jumps outing. DICTATION (1) is a top tier must here at his second Hurdle run. He was a close second in his first Hurdle outing. In a good yard so is a very big chance. RAKANUI (6) is an improver on Hurdle debut at last start. Not totally out of this. Tote will tell you for sure. MUGSHOT (5) is making his Hurdle debut. Wet tracker. Be very tote wary. SUGGESTED PLAY: Semper Magico and Ata Rangi are win wagers.
