Off the low draw Koei Bakushin is likely to find the lead at a slick tempo. SPIN DOCTOR (5) scored at this track last time out with 0.8 lengths in reserve at the end of 1300m. Has a fair record at this track with a win and four placings. Taichi Nagamori stays aboard. Sure to run well. KOEI BAKUSHIN (3) was quickly into stride over 1300m at this track last time and dug deep to score by 7 lengths. Should be prominent again from the low draw. HOPE IN THE DARK (9) ran a strong second two runs back then was below his best last time over 1600m when tenth. Appeals back in trip and capable of a return to form. HACHIKIN MUSUME (8) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when tenth over 1400m at this track. Worth another chance.
