SPECIAL HILL (1) was handy on straightening and went on to finish third last start over 1600m at this track, beaten a neck as favourite. In a suitable race and can find winning ways. NARAOLA (7) showed good early pace over 1700m at this track last time and kept going to score by 3 lengths. Taking on a better field but he is capable of running a bold race. GOMANARU (6) resumes today after filling a minor placing at his only appearance last prep at this track over 1800m on April 7. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Will be in this for a long way. BARAMUI GEOM (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1800m at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths into fifth. Capable of featuring prominently.
