FOXYKOBY (5) went close at Moonee Valley on debut before disappointing at Yarra Valley after (vet cleared). Resumes today with a 4kg claim and will be naturally improved. Draws awkwardly but should have them covered. PER SEMPRE (9) threatened twice at Moe and then had excuses at Seymour. She will drift back from the rail but can make the finish with average luck. SWEET PAREE (12) just missed at Narrandra first-up as the favourite and don't discount that form. Had come off a long break and has more up her sleeve.
