Strong pace from Protect The Dream, Bomber Girl and Strata. STRATA (4) is better than her last start run when finishing fifth of 12 as the favourite over this distance on the turf would suggest. Her form prior to that outing was good. She finished fourth over 1000m on this course in her penultimate run and looks well placed here to return to form. SHARAPOVA (5) got up late when winning her last start as the favourite by a nose over 1300m on this course. She is an honest type and merits healthy respect. BOMBER GIRL (1) has won twice and finished second three times from nine starts over this distance. Apprentice Nirvan Nastili takes 2.5kgs off her back and she would not be a shock winner. JAMBO SANA (7) resumed from a spell last start and looked in need of the run when finishing fourth pf nine over 1400m at this track. Racing in a fitter state she can finish in the money.
