Vizstar is the likely leader at a strong tempo. MEDDLESOME (7) recorded her ninth minor placings, and third from three runs this prep, when third over 1400m at Tamworth last start. Just peaked on her run that day so coming back to 1300m looks the right move. Genuine mare who is well and truly overdue. STYLISH JOKER (6) resumed from a two-month let-up and went to the front in a new role last start, eventually tiring close to home to miss the placings at the end of 1200m at Ipswich. Should take a lot from that run and this is well within reach. BOLE LE (4) has started favourite at his last two appearances, both north of the border, but has been safely held on each occasion. Won his maiden here and is good enough to play a key role. HIGH SECURITY (9) backs up ten days after a disappointing effort over this distance at Toowoomba. Winkers going on might do the trick. VIZSTAR (14) is an honest campaigner but has won just once in 30 starts. Throw him in the trifectas and first fours. SUGGESTED PLAY: Meddlesome to win.
