Keen battle for the lead between Pure Silver, Ho O Cinderella and Twinkle Stage in advance of Norn and Aoi Merci. PAIN DE GENES (15) has not raced since she finished second over 2000m at Tokyo on April 20. Should be in this for a long way. AOI MERCI (4) has been in the placings at her last two, most recently when third over 1600m at Tokyo at her third run back from a break. Makoto Sugihara has registered two minor placings when on board. Sure to run well. HO O CINDERELLA (12) has recently been thereabouts without winning, the latest effort a fourth over 1600m at Tokyo. Missed the frame at her only try at this trip. Should camp just off the leaders. One of the main contenders. ROUGE KAELA (6) turned in a much better run at her second appearance last time out when 1.75 lengths from the winner in fourth over 1800m at Tokyo. Fitter and looks one of the better chances.
