UP TEMPEST (8) is in winning form after scoring as favourite last time out by 0.8 lengths over 1000m at this track. Has eight wins here. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position and can give a great sight. RYUNO MEDINA (2) raced just off the lead before letting down nicely and scoring a one-length win over this journey at this track last time. Ryoto Tsukamoto who has two wins when partnering stays on. Has claims. MEISHO IJIGEN (3) returned from a spell seven-and-a-half weeks ago when he was 11th over 1150m at Fukushima Dirt. Strips fitter and can turn things around well placed in this suitable assignment.
