Flamingo Trillion should have enough pace to lead a low-pressure contest. JOY OF SPRING (9) finished 2.5L off the winner last time out at this track and trip, but did jump the $2.50 favourite on that occasion. He didn't have the best of luck at a crucial stage last start and now Atzeni hops in the saddle. He drops in weight and a return to his best form will see him hard to hold out. FLAMINGO TRILLION (1) drops back to C3 today after testing the waters in stronger company most recently. He returns to his preferred track and trip today for Derek Leung who knows the gelding well. Winkers come off now and he can land the knockout blow. CASA ROCHESTER (7) got the job done narrowly two back before a 2.3L defeat over 1650m most recently. He rises in trip for the first time today, though it looks to suit and he gets Purton in the saddle now. Ticks plenty of boxes and can play a major role. CHAIN OF GOLD (11) is ticking along nicely and can put himself into the finish.
