That followed a win at this track the start prior. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including a win and two minor placings. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. YOUR GLORY (2) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with just two wins from 24 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 1500m at this track, beaten 3 lengths. In the right race and there is no reason he cannot get the major prize. MALAIA GARNET (3) was below his best last time, finishing seventh and beaten 5 lengths over 920m at this track. The engagement of Takahiro Imai is noteworthy. Nicely placed to turn things around. KURODABUSHI (7) was comfortably accounted for when 11th last time out over 1700m at this track, beaten 15 lengths, after a win at this track at the previous outing. One of the main hopes.
