Slick tempo assured from Lampero Niki and Gentle Touch leading the charge. LAMPERO NIKI (1) went forward last start over 1600m at this track and held on well for second, beaten 1.5 lengths. Will again be prominent from the outset. In a suitable race and can figure in the finish. ZELOSO (3) started at $2.40 last time on the back of a win at Urawa two starts ago but was below his best, finishing fifth over 1500m at Urawa. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. AIR ANEMOI (2) returns from a spell of four months. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when 12th over 1200m at this track. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Can improve sharply. JUN MOYURU (4) has not won for a long while. Last raced on June 10 when beaten 9 lengths into tenth at Kawasaki over 1500m. Place hope.
