Genuine pace with Meisho Mahiro finding the front but it won't be a picnic with a few other speedy types engaged. MEISHO MAHIRO (2) went forward last start and proved too strong, getting home by one length over 1400m at this track. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within her grasp. DECEPTICON (7) is close to breaking through with three placings from four outings this prep, last time out finishing second over 1400m at this track. Ready to find winning form. MASSE D'AMOUR (3) was in the firing line on the corner and finished second last time over 1400m at this track when resuming from a spell, beaten 2 lengths. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. AKANE SEIKO (10) could only manage fourth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1400m at Urawa, beaten 2 lengths. Best efforts measure up so capable of another big run.
