From the inside gate Letters Of Romance will dash through and lead from Lukey Blue and The Cops. ARTIFACTX (3) finished just out of the money two starts back then wasn't disgraced beaten 3.5 lengths when fourth in a 1540m contest at Gold Coast Poly a month ago. Will enjoy a drop in class so he can find the winners' list. TWILIGHT STEPS (5) performed well last time at Sunshine Coast Poly, finishing third and only 1.5 lengths from the winner at the end of 1600m. Well placed and should be about the mark. UCELLE (10) has placed over this track and trip and is usually thereabouts. Definite top-three prospects with any luck in running. TRUCK STOP HONEY (9) was ridden quietly then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished sixth last time out over 1050m at Toowoomba when resuming from a spell. Should park just off the speed despite the draw and is likely to play a role in the outcome. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning towards Artifactx.
