From their good gates Arumugam, Space Mission and Itsnowornever will likely vie for the lead in a keen pace battle. POMPEII SHIELD (8) followed his maiden win with a solid fourth over 1800m on the Classic course here after suffering a bump at the start. He stayed on well, and the 2.5kg claim is an added bonus. Further improvement can see him go close. ITSNOWORNEVER (14) finished a game runner-up last time out, and he maps to receive the run of the race from his good draw. Include in all top 4 combos. CIRCLE OF GRACE (16) was narrowly denied over 1800m on the Greyville poly track last start and, provided he has travelled well, looks a sound each-way contender. GUERILLA WARFARE (5) raced prominently and stuck on well for fourth over this course and distance last time. Facing a similar line-up, he deserves consideration once more in a very even lineup.
