Genuine tempo from Cat Sunrise leading Queen's Mont Blanc. GROOVY DESIGN (4) wound up strongly last time out to finish a neck adrift in second over 1500m at this track when resuming after a spell. Will drift back but wind up late. Leading contender. FAINT LIGHT (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1500m at this track, beaten 5.5 lengths into fifth. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. VEIL DE FILLE (8) settled towards the back of the field last start and made little impact in the straight when eighth, beaten 18 lengths, over this journey at this track. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. QUEEN'S MONT BLANC (3) resumes after a break of ten weeks. Hoping for a repeat of her debut win over 1000m at Monbetsu to kick off last prep. One of the genuine hopes in the race.
