REALISER (4) raced on the pace last start and lifted strongly to hold second, beaten 0.8 lengths, over today's journey at this track. Finds a tougher race but a big run is on the cards. NIGHTFALL SUN (11) ran below expectations last time at this track, finishing ninth and beaten 8 lengths starting at $9.10. Goes up a rung or two but he is worth another chance. TERUKEN REN JOY (3) was unwanted in betting last time but scored by 3 lengths over 2000m at this track. Reunites with Hiroki Murakami which is a proven winning combination. One of the main contenders. SPARTAN WORLD (2) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 2000m at this track, beaten 8 lengths into seventh. Better than recent efforts suggest.
