Went back from the wide draw and made up a stack of ground over the final 250m to secure second over 2120m at this track. Sure to be thereabouts. DEVILS DAUGHTER (3) ready for this trip third-up and the claim will help her cause. Battled late with a plugging seventh over 1500m at this track in stronger company. SON O' WAR (9) placed at the trip and will relish the weight drop after running on late over the shorter trips. On the quick backup and can sneak into the minor money.
